The Israel Museum is the largest and most important museum in Israel. The museum is located in the Museum Complex in Givat Ram, Jerusalem, and is one of the largest museums in the Middle East. The museum houses about half a million artefacts reflecting the cultures of the world; it houses collections in the fields of archaeology, ethnography, Judaica, Israeli art, and world art, and exhibits are changing.
